We are looking for a highly creative and innovative designer with a keen eye for trends in fashion and entertainment to join our team. This candidate will be responsible for crafting unique, compelling design solutions on the go, creating templates that complement AI-generated fashion looks, and ensuring a seamless visual experience.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Design creative and engaging templates that complement AI-generated fashion looks, ensuring alignment with the latest fashion and entertainment trends. 

• Stay updated with Global and Japanese fashion and entertainment trends and creatively adapt these to suit the designs. 

• Utilize design tools such as Canva, Figma, Midjourney, Gemini, and others to craft compelling visuals. 

• Develop visually stunning, aesthetically cohesive designs with a strong focus on color schemes, composition, and overall design principles. 

• Create unique layouts that can be used for templates, presentations, and other promotional materials. 

• Collaborate with the AI team to ensure the templates work harmoniously with AI-generated fashion imagery and content. 

• Work with typography to design text elements that complement the overall style, ensuring a balanced and cohesive look. 

• Continuously iterate on design solutions, responding to feedback and keeping designs fresh and innovative. 

• Deliver designs within set timelines while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality. 

• Analyze content performance using analytics dashboards, tracking engagement and identifying areas for improvement. 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in creative design, with a portfolio showcasing innovative work. 

• Excellent knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma Canva, Midjourney and similar platforms. 

• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and aesthetics to ensure design harmony. 

• A deep understanding of current trends in fashion and entertainment, and the ability to incorporate these trends into design solutions. 

• Develop original design concepts and visual solutions for various projects, including branding, advertising, marketing materials, and digital content 

• Ability to conceptualize, design, and execute templates quickly and effectively to complement AI-generated fashion looks. 

• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision in design work. 

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of creativity . 

• Fluency in both Japanese and English is required to effectively assess trends, communicate feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
