Manager - Content Partnerships (SEA)

Content & commerce partnerships role at Glance focuses on identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic relationships with content providers and technology partners to enhance personalized content delivery on smartphone lock screens. Ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding Glance's market reach in SEA ensuring high-quality partnerships that align with the company's growth objectives.

What will you be doing? 

• Ensuring implementation and optimization of Glance’s partnership agenda with premier content partners across categories 
• Onboard new content partners, plan their scaling up and measure impact against goals and metrics across business, product, and revenue. 
• Crafting partner-specific solutions and growth strategies and consultative account management on an on-going basis 
• Developing data-driven recommendations to generate greater value for partners on the platform and monitoring industry trends 
• Collaborating within and across teams to launch partners and drive engagement on the platform 
• Guiding and supporting partners through on boarding processes & guidelines and liaise with Glance product and technical support, when required 
• Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing. 
• Developing popular content formats to effectively building and implementing them. 
• Creating content for a range of topics – food, fashion & beauty, education, entertainment and for celebrities on the platform. 
• Keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in product features/updates. 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Deep market experience in Southeast Asia, preferably in Media & Entertainment sector and passion for new age technology.
• 10+ years of experience across strategic content & commerce partnerships, consumer marketing, product management & digital strategy in a B2C environment 
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in working with data and drawing thoughtful insights and action plans 
• Excellent project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects and work with cross-functional teams 
• Ability to deliver high-quality results in an ambiguous and rapidly changing business environment 
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and able to clarify and summarize complex issues
