Overview of the Role

Glance is at an inflection point. With over 250 million daily active users and a platform embedded at the heart of the Android ecosystem, we're not building for scale; we're already there. Now, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our U.S. Growth Team and help us go further, faster.

This is not a conventional PM role. You won't be handed a roadmap and asked to execute. You'll be the one building it — identifying the growth levers, prototyping the ideas, pitching the vision, and driving the kind of orbit-shifting outcomes that move the needle on devices, DAU, and revenue at a global scale. You'll work at the intersection of product, technology, design, analytics, and business development, often all in the same week.

If you thrive in ambiguity, move with urgency, and know how to get things done without a large team behind you, this role was built for you. Startup DNA is a must. Hustle is non-negotiable.

This role is based onsite in our San Mateo, CA, office and is not open to remote work.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Own growth end-to-end. You will be directly responsible for driving user growth, device growth, and revenue growth for Glance globally, with a clear North Star of getting Glance onto as many devices as possible and meaningfully increasing Daily Active Users.
  • Vibe code your way to fast answers. Leverage AI-assisted development and rapid prototyping to independently build and test POCs at the Android or backend layer — validating ideas at speed before handing off to engineering to scale across millions of devices.
  • Design high-fidelity mocks that move the room. Create concept-ready, high-fidelity mockups used in pitches to OEMs and Telcos or to bring a POC to life. Our full-strength UX design team picks it up from there, and your job is to get it compelling enough to open the door.
  • Be the growth hacker. Identify and execute growth opportunities across the Android layer and device/system layer. Work hand-in-hand with OEMs, Telcos, and system apps baked into the phone to unlock distribution channels that others don't even see.
  • Own the funnel like a data analyst. Dig into activation, engagement, and retention data to uncover where users drop off and where the real opportunity lives. Turn those insights into actionable product changes that compound over time.
  • Pitch and close. Take new integration concepts, new surfaces, and new partnership models directly to OEMs and Telcos across the globe. You're part PM, part BD — comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and walking away with a yes.
  • Drive agent adoption. As Glance deepens its investment in Consumer AI, you'll play a key role in driving meaningful AI agent usage across the platform, a critical growth frontier for the company.

The Experience We Need

  • 6–7+ years of consumer product management experience, with a track record of building and scaling products that real people use every day.
  • Hands-on experience with vibe coding, AI-assisted development, or rapid prototyping — the ability to spin up a functional POC independently is a genuine differentiator here.
  • Strong analytical foundation: you're comfortable owning funnel analysis, retention modeling, and growth diagnostics without needing a dedicated data team to do it for you.
  • Demonstrated ability to design high-fidelity product mocks and translate concepts into compelling visual narratives for external pitches.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across tech, design, analytics, GTM, and business development: you know how to drive alignment and momentum across functions.
  • Prior experience collaborating with Telcos, OEMs, or system integrators is a significant plus. Familiarity with the Android ecosystem and device-level distribution is highly valued.
  • Startup background strongly preferred. We're looking for builders and hustlers, not process managers. FAANG experience alone is unlikely to be the right fit for this environment.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence: you can pitch a vision to a Telco partner in Seoul and align an internal engineering team on the same day.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
