The Operations team manages our worldwide distribution network and is responsible for authenticating our sneakers, fulfilling orders and ensuring on-time delivery to buyers. Through our technological innovation and logistical efficiency, you will join a team that prides itself on being the most trusted marketplace in the industry while shipping and processing tens of millions of products for our global buyers and sellers.

Role Overview:

As a Fulfillment Lead, you are on the front lines of our fulfillment operation. You ensure that both product quality and operational processes are upheld to the highest standards. By prioritizing quality and safety, the Fulfillment Lead will focus on a specific area and process within the building, taking responsibility for the overall success of the operation and demonstrating accountability for every item that enters the facility.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure compliance with safety standards for yourself and staff at all times
• Meet operational targets and escalate issues to management promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Train current and new employees on standard procedures
• Oversee processes and staff to ensure work meets quality standards
• Troubleshoot problem orders and identify potential issues before they escalate
• Collaborate with the operations manager to provide ongoing feedback on process improvements
• Work in a dynamic warehouse environment with heavy equipment
• Remain flexible to perform other duties as required and assigned

We are looking for: 

• 4+ years of warehouse experience
• A proven track record of mentoring or coaching peers to establish and reinforce best practices
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Quick learner, self-starter, able to work independently and comfortable handling increasing levels of responsibility
• Ability to operate carts, dollies and other moving equipment for merchandise transportation
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)
• Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, during peak periods to meet business demands
