We are seeking a Director of Global Programs Enablement, to lead enablement for global strategic initiatives and Gong’s platform. This leader will design, scale, and execute programs that prepare our GTM teams to win — ensuring they are confident in positioning Gong’s expanding product portfolio and equipped to deliver value to our customers from day one.
The ideal candidate will bring a track record of building world-class enablement programs, combined with a deep understanding of how to leverage Gong’s revenue intelligence platform to accelerate time-to-productivity and drive measurable business impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Product and Product Marketing leadership to ensure every product launch and update is successfully translated into field readiness.
- Spearhead the strategy and lead execution of Gong's most imperative GTM initiatives including overall program design, launch, reinforcement, and measurement strategies
- Build scalable enablement frameworks that help GTM teams deeply understand product capabilities, competitive positioning, and customer value.
- Leverage Gong insights (call libraries, talk tracks, deal insights) to create learning loops that connect product training with real-world execution.
- Measure enablement effectiveness by tracking adoption and impact of product messaging through Gong analytics.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global enablement programs team.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by using Gong insights to iterate on training effectiveness.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships, fostering a collaborative environment to drive alignment and excellence in our most critical core programs
- Partner with field enablement leads and GTM executives to align strategic & product enablement priorities to business outcomes.
- Serve as a thought partner to Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to ensure Gong teams are always prepared to win.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years in enablement, GTM readiness, or marketing with 5+ years leading global teams.
- Proven success building and scaling enablement programs in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of product go-to-market motions and sales productivity drivers.
- Deep understanding and ability to leverage the Gong platform.
- Strong program design, communication, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proven experience using enablement KPIs — ideally powered by Gong insights.

The annual base salary hiring range for this position is $153,000 - $227,000 USD.
Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
