The Opportunity

We're looking for a high-impact Senior Product Manager, Growth to lead our Acquisition Pod and drive our mission to transform parenting worldwide. You’ll be the driving force behind our user acquisition strategies, using data-driven insights to expand our reach and convert more parents to our groundbreaking parenting solution.

As the leader of our growth initiatives, you’ll head a dynamic cross-functional team, developing and executing strategies that introduce Good Inside to parents globally. If you thrive on challenges, communicate with clarity and conviction, and have a proven track record of crushing user acquisition goals, we want you on our team.

This role reports to the Head of Product, and is a hybrid role with three days a week onsite at our office in Midtown Manhattan.

What You’ll Own

  • Design and execute an aggressive acquisition strategy to drive explosive user growth
  • Lead a high-performing cross-functional team with clear direction and accountability
  • Optimize key user touchpoints to maximize conversions
  • Leverage SEO to significantly boost organic traffic and user acquisition
  • Create and own all analytics requirements and tracking plan for growth initiatives
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel metrics to identify and exploit growth opportunities
  • Implement rigorous A/B testing to continually improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure aligned, powerful acquisition efforts
  • Develop and own a results-driven product roadmap for growth
  • Set ambitious KPIs and relentlessly track progress
  • Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and enhance user experience
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, always pushing for cutting-edge growth strategies
  • Present compelling growth strategies and results to leadership

Your Skills & Experience 

  • 5+ years of proven success in growth and product management in consumer tech
  • Track record of delivering results and driving significant user growth
  • Excels in ambiguous environments, confidently steering complex projects
  • Sharp analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Results-oriented with a hunger for achieving and exceeding targets
  • Expertise in growth tools and concepts, with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Experience leading high-impact acquisition campaigns
  • Proven ability to drive product strategy and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong, direct communication style that inspires action and alignment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent project management skills
