The Opportunity
We’re looking for a (Contract) Marketing Designer who can jump in with speed, strategic thinking, and an eye for conversion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, loves to iterate, and is excited to shape the creative identity of a beloved brand as it grows.
You’ll partner closely with our copywriter and channel leads to bring our campaigns to life—from paid ads to lifecycle comms to co-branded materials with partners. If you have a track record of designing effective, thumb-stopping creative across performance and brand channels—and doing it fast—we want to meet you.
Hybrid role with three days a week onsite at our office in Midtown Manhattan.
What You’ll Own
- Concept, design, and iterate creative assets for:
- Paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Lifecycle channels (email, push, SMS)
- YouTube end cards and video elements
- Co-branded materials for strategic and corporate partnerships
- Translate marketing briefs into high-performing visuals with a clear understanding of channel best practices
- Collaborate daily with a copywriter and channel owners to build and test new creative ideas
- Maintain and evolve the visual language of the Good Inside brand across all marketing touchpoints
- Support rapid experimentation with new creative concepts, iterating based on performance data
- Help define and build templates and processes to scale creative output efficiently
Your Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a graphic or marketing designer, ideally within a fast-paced, digital-first marketing team
- A strong portfolio that shows creative work across paid, email, and lifecycle channels (performance marketing experience is a must)
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- A highly collaborative mindset—you love partnering with copy, media, and growth teams to get to the best result
- Speed, adaptability, and a bias toward action—you can go from concept to iteration quickly without sacrificing quality
- Understanding of design for performance (e.g., what makes someone stop and click in a feed)
- Bonus: experience working on parenting, wellness, or consumer subscription brands
