About the team:
At Goodnotes, we're on a mission to create the best medium for human and AI collaboration. Following our huge success as a B2C app, we're now seeking a Product Team Lead to drive our product strategy for Goodnotes for Work, bridging the gap between individual and professional experiences.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a leading productivity tools. As the Product Team Lead for Goodnotes for Work, you will have a direct impact on the company’s growth. You'll lead a cross-functional team focused on professional features, driving B2C2B conversion strategies, and establishing Goodnotes as a leader in the digital note-taking space for professionals.
This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:
- Strategy Development and Execution
- Define and execute the product strategy for professional users
- Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape
- Set quarterly and annual objectives for professional product offerings
- Lead a cross-time zone, cross-functional team focusing on professional features
- Coordinate with Leadership, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Facilitate communication between B2C and B2B initiatives
- Prioritize feature development based on professional user needs
- Drive B2C2B conversion strategies
- Measure and optimize user acquisition and retention for professional segments
The skills you will need to be successful in the above:
- Proven track record in B2C2B products/services
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of enterprise software requirements
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- Strong product analytics capabilities
- Financial acumen
- Basic understanding of CRM systems
Interview process:

- A role-specific call to discuss your background and skillset for this role more in detail
- A live technical assessment
- A call with your hiring manager. This is the person who will be managing you day to day, working on your growth and development with you as well as support you throughout your career at Goodnotes
- A call with our Director of Product
- A meet the team call with 2 or 3 GoodPeople you’d be working closely with at Goodnotes
