The Opportunity
To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Partner Activation Manager to join our Partner Solutions team. The person in this role will create and execute scalable onboarding programs targeted toward our new emerging Solution Partners. They will primarily focus on building relationships with Grammarly and Coda teams to help define a journey and tools to drive best-in-class Partner Co-Selling and Partner Delivery. The Partner Activation Manager will work alongside Sales and Customer Success teams and other cross-functional teams to support the strategy of Grammarly & Coda and its emerging Partners. This person will become an expert on how Grammarly’s product offerings and value propositions can enhance how partners sell to end customers.

This is a critical role on the Channel Partnerships team. This person will be required to have a well-rounded mix of skills, including the ability to understand and explain multiple product offerings’ value propositions, strong communication and presentation skills to create and own training programs, an ability to be a confident public speaker and product expert, and a desire to drive for significant growth in our business.
As a Partner Activation Manager, you will:
- Own onboarding new strategic Solution Partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and ensure a successful onboarding process.
- Develop and implement scalable systems for onboarding future Partners.
- Provide training and support to Partners during the onboarding phase.
- Analyze and optimize the onboarding process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in partner onboarding or enablement in a SaaS environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in onboarding processes and Channel Operating systems (like Allbound).

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future. The expected “On Target Earnings” (OTE) for this role are outlined below and may be modified in the future.
