
Human Resource Manager

Position Summary:
The responsibility of this position is to ensure the HR Department effectively supports the organization’s goals and enhances employee satisfaction. As the HR Manager you will serve as a strategic and tactical business partner to the leadership team. To provide support in functional areas of Human Resources including employment, personnel records, employee labor relations, employee development, training, EEO, recruitment, and special projects.
As a results-driven HR professional that provides data, reports, and input fostering a transparent, positive work environment that cultivates communication as a top priority through employee booklets, face to face meetings, mentorships, and providing guidance in an advisory capacity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork.
- Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning.

- Incorporate advanced learning tools and technologies to provide on-demand training, leading to higher satisfaction and quicker adaptation. Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS) ADP, SAP, Greenhouse, and others.
- Knowledge of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Design and executing solutions in organizational structure, business process improvement, performance management, rewards and recognition strategies, communication, and staffing.
- Managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Work closely with Operational Management and Human Resource Director to ensure the HR strategy supports the overall business goals of the organization.
- Implementing training programs and professional development initiatives for employees.
- Coach, lead, and mentor team members to meet objectives while achieving goals and objectives for business success.
- Developing and enforcing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Administer local salary performance review procedure and conduct wage analysts, benchmarking against market to ensure competitive compensation.
- Conduct training sessions related to ethics, benefits, safety, policies, and others as required
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Source, screen, and recommend candidates for employment.
- Conduct new employee orientation to ensure employees gain an understanding policy, safety guidelines, and benefit plans.
- Manage contingent workforce relationships with various providers.

Required Education and Experience:
- At least 3 year working experience in Human Resource field
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute
- Strong communication with all levels of the company; verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills
- Leadership skills for motivating others to complete task and to meet the overall objectives of the company
- Superior interpersonal skills and time management
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure efficiently
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Strong sense of business ethics including the ability to appropriately handle confidential information
