Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Manager

THE ROLE

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. You are perfect for this role if you thrive in fast-paced environments, are energized by building relationships, and are passionate about scaling influencer and affiliate programs with precision and speed. You will own this function (strategy, execution, performance monitoring), working within a marketing team that is highly specialized across Paid Social, Creative, Analytics, and Merchandising.

As the Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing and scaling Grove’s influencer marketing and affiliate programs. Your work will directly contribute to brand visibility and awareness, community engagement, and customer acquisition. You'll use Grove’s newly refined brand story to develop authentic, high-performing partnerships and drive impactful campaigns across multiple platforms.

This role is critical to the success of our Marketing team and is highly cross-functional. You'll collaborate closely with Creative, Merchandising, and Analytics, while managing a dynamic roster of influencer and affiliate partners. You’ll be empowered to juggle multiple initiatives at once, build a strategy roadmap that is informed by data and emerging marketing trends, and expected to move quickly with strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, operationally excellent, and excited by the opportunity to drive brand growth at scale.

This remote role is for candidates based in California, Maine, Pennsylvania, Nevada, North Carolina, Texas, Colorado, Washington, Illinois, New York, and Massachusetts but we have a preference for candidates in the Central Time Zone.

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with Grove’s brand values and marketing objectives, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking. 
  • Identify and build relationships with key influencers across ShopMy, Instagram, and TikTok to foster authentic partnerships and expand brand reach.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers, ensuring clear deliverables, compliance with FTC guidelines, and alignment with campaign goals.
  • Manage and optimize the affiliate marketing program (via Impact) with agency support, including recruiting new affiliates, negotiating commission structures, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Manage and optimize the paid influencer program, including boosting rights across social media platforms, to ensure efficient use of creator content in partnership with the Performance Marketing Manager who oversees Paid Social.
  • Collaborate with Creative to develop and brief content that supports influencer campaigns, and ensure alignment with Grove’s evolving brand narrative.
  • Partner with Merchandising team to align on products and categories for campaign development
  • Partner with Paid Marketing to amplify high-performing influencer content and inform creative strategy.
  • Manage Grove’s presence across influencer/affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, ShopMy), ensuring accurate tracking and payments.
  • Maintain a scalable workflow and calendar across dozens of campaigns and partners simultaneously.
  • Contribute to the development of new influencer campaign formats, incentive structures, and testing strategies to unlock growth on ShopMy.
  • Keep a pulse on emerging creators, trends, and best practices to evolve the program and maintain Grove’s competitive edge.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have 3+ years of experience managing commission-based influencer programs in a DTC or e-commerce environment.
  • You’re a relationship builder—you write great outreach, communicate clearly, and know how to get a “yes.”
  • You have experience using tools like ShopMy and Impact to manage campaigns and track performance.
  • You’re highly organized and detail-oriented—you can juggle multiple deadlines and campaigns without missing a beat.
  • You’re comfortable with performance metrics and can interpret influencer and affiliate results to inform campaign direction.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are energized by scale and speed.
  • You work well cross-functionally and can communicate priorities and insights clearly to peers and leadership.
  • You’re passionate about mission-driven brands and want to help tell Grove’s story in an authentic way

COMPENSATION

$90-105k. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for an annual incentive target and equity.
