Growth Associate, Conversion Rate Optimization

As a Growth Associate who is customer-centric, analytical, and detail-oriented, you will be a key member of the Growth team and will be executing website strategy and utilizing your experience in data analysis, user behavior tracking, and A/B testing to identify opportunities, improve user experience, and drive conversions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implement A/B Testing Campaigns & Web Updates: You will work directly within our testing platform to execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website and landing page performance, user flows, and conversion funnels. You will also be directly responsible for coordinating and executing website updates in alignment with new page creations, page refreshes, new feature launches, and other relevant optimization initiatives. 
  • Manage Projects & Collaborate Cross-Functionally: You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed within scope, and with high-quality standards. This includes collaborating directly with our creative team and development team to take testing ideas for new landing pages through all phases of build including planning, design, development, and QA. 
  • Monitor Performance & Reporting: You will work closely with the development team to monitor website functionality, addressing any technical issues, and ensuring the website runs smoothly  You will also continuously track the performance of A/B tests and website and create reporting when necessary to present key metrics, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyze Results and Develop Strategy: You will analyze the outcomes of tests and user behavior data to identify patterns and opportunities, developing strategic recommendations and actionable plans to drive conversion rate improvements and enhance user experience.

Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 USD

  • You have a strong customer-centric mindset and have a passion to use data and design as approaches to drive conversions 
  • You are passionate about data, analysis, and reporting to find efficiencies at a granular level, as well as to take a step back and identify trends and insights to capitalize on
  • You are positive, flexible, detail-oriented, and well organized to thrive in a fast-moving environment and manage a roadmap with a pipeline of projects
  • You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, include creative and development, to execute website updates and optimization initiatives
  • You are proficient in using platforms like VWO, Optimizely, WordPress, FullStory, Hotjar, or are enthusiastic and willing to learn
