Design Director, Marketing
About Us:
Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.

- Collaborate with agency and internal partners to evolve the brand identity and amplify market presence.
- Present and communicate design to senior leadership and executive stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
- Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of designers.
- Foster a culture of creativity, feedback, and excellence—raising the standard for craft, consistency, and innovation.
- Build scalable processes and playbooks that empower internal and external teams to execute world-class design.
You Will Be a Good Fit If You Have
- 10+ years of design experience building and evolving consumer brands at scale, ideally in global or high-growth environments.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing design teams.
- Proven success delivering high-impact brand and marketing design across diverse media and formats.
