🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial garage door systems

  • Perform detailed inspections to ensure work meets company and safety standards

  • Keep accurate records using notes, diagrams, and photos

  • Provide excellent customer service with a professional, solutions-focused mindset

  • Recommend products and services tailored to customer needs

  • Uphold safety protocols at all times for yourself, your team, and your clients

  • Collaborate closely with team members and other departments

  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Sales aptitude and strong communication skills

  • Valid driver’s license and clean MVR

  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on ladders

  • Previous experience in garage door systems or commercial door service a plus

  • OSHA awareness and a commitment to safe practices

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Service Titan (preferred)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and eager to learn
