💰 Pay Range: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the voice of Varney Door—supporting customers via phone, email, and chat, creating outstanding service experiences that keep them coming back.

  • Deliver top-notch service with a positive, empathetic, and professional approach.

  • Handle a steady volume of incoming calls and inquiries with confidence and efficiency.

  • Work across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) to solve problems and provide updates.

  • Think on your feet: research solutions, collaborate with the field team, and provide helpful, friendly responses.

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Recognize opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit the customer (and the business).

  • Collaborate with technicians and team members in our service and installation teams.

  • Dive deep into how our business works—becoming a go-to expert for our service offerings.


What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year in a customer service role (bonus points if you’ve worked in home services, trades, or repair industries).

  • Excellent communication and active-listening skills.

  • Strong organization, time-management, and multitasking abilities.

  • Friendly, adaptable, calm under pressure—someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.

  • Comfortable learning new software and systems (we’ll train you on our tools).

  • A team-player who’s excited about growth and making a real impact.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
