THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Channel Partner Account Director for our Insurance Brokers Channels to join our Commercial Team—a senior professional who is passionate about building lasting, high-impact relationships and eager to contribute to a team driven by mutual growth and continuous innovation.
As Channel Partner Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of indirect sales channels within the Brokers, Insurance, Health Tech, and Benefits segments. This role requires a seasoned leader with expertise in Business Development, complex deal-making, upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, business case creation, and managing high-value strategic relationships.
Beyond relationship management, you will be responsible for designing and implementing structured processes, developing, and scaling indirect channels, ensuring both operational efficiency and long-term scalability. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who can seamlessly engage with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline operators to C-level executives, driving impactful partnerships and sustainable business growth.

YOUR IMPACT
- Value Proposition Discovery: Identify and tailor the best value propositions for Brokers within Wellhub's ecosystem, ensuring alignment with partner needs and market dynamics.
- ROI Methodology Development: Collaborate with the New Ventures team to develop and refine Wellhub’s ROI methodology, enabling data-driven decision-making and measurable partner outcomes.
- Synergy Development: Strengthen collaboration with the direct channel to unlock untapped opportunities in strategic corporate accounts, expanding market coverage.
- Event Representation: Represent Wellhub at health and wellness events, either alongside partners or as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships and showcase our ecosystem.
- Regional Offer Expansion: Expand Wellhub’s regional presence by leveraging channel partners to develop a more localized and scalable proposition.
- Product and Offer Composition: Design and implement bundled offers and co-branded solutions with partners, creating competitive, differentiated market offerings.
- Training and Empowerment: Provide ongoing training to channel partner representatives, ensuring they are well-versed in Wellhub’s products, services, and sales strategies.
- Sales Support: Assist channel partners’ sales teams in crafting winning strategies, preparing compelling business proposals, and addressing technical inquiries to close deals.
- Joint Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate on the development and execution of joint marketing initiatives, including events, digital campaigns, and targeted promotions to drive engagement and sales.
- Performance Monitoring and Feedback: Analyze channel partner performance, track key metrics, and deliver actionable insights to optimize results.
- Customer Relationship Management: Participate in meetings and negotiations with end customers alongside channel partners to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Innovation and Adaptability: Drive innovation in channel management by leveraging emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all channel activities align with regulatory standards and compliance requirements, safeguarding Wellhub’s reputation.

WHO YOU ARE
- Proven and extensive experience in related segments (Brokers, Insurance, Health Tech, or Benefits), with a strong background in indirect channels.
- Expertise in process creation and channel structuring, focused on establishing a solid operational foundation for scalability and growth.
- Strong proficiency in business case development, including identifying, creating, and justifying strategic commercial opportunities.
- Results-driven professional with advanced skills in negotiation and successfully closing complex deals.
- Experienced in relationship management, including mapping, engaging, and maintaining strategic stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate corporate objectives into tactical and long-term action plans.
- Deep knowledge of channel performance analysis, ensuring continuous monitoring and identification of improvement opportunities.
- Fluent in English
