THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Senior Director of Demand Generation to our Revenue Marketing team in New York, New York, US!
Wellhub is on a mission to make every company a wellness company. We’re redefining how companies support their people, and we need a Senior Director of Demand Generation to help bring that story to life across the US market.
This is a strategic, high-impact role for a B2B demand gen leader who thrives in complex sales cycles, understands how to build and convert intent across long buying journeys, and knows how to partner tightly with Sales to hit pipeline and revenue targets.
You’ll work across channels, teams, and time zones - but your north star is simple: grow qualified pipeline and fuel the US revenue engine. And just as important as the work itself is how you do it - with empathy, clarity, and a bias toward collaboration and action.
YOUR IMPACT
- Lead the US Demand Generation function, with full ownership of pipeline creation across the ENT and SMB segments.
- Build, manage, and scale a campaign calendar that moves seamlessly from awareness to action - powered by paid media, CRM, content, events, webinars, and more.
- Drive demand through always-on inbound, high-intent conversion paths, and ABM programs built in close partnership with Sales.
- Own the number. Track performance and optimize for ROI, working hand-in-hand with Marketing Ops, RevOps, and Sales.
- Collaborate with content and product marketing to bring campaigns to life through themes, creative, messaging, and targeted outreach.
- Oversee the execution of in-person and online events - from large field activations to strategic partner webinars - all grounded in demand goals.
- Segment strategies for SMB vs. ENT: You’ll know when to go broad, when to go deep, and how to stretch a budget across multiple needs.
- Manage budget, team, and agency resources to drive efficiency and scale.
- Lead with values - bring empathy, transparency, and kindness to the table, especially when priorities shift or challenges arise. Assume best intent, build trust, and inspire the same in others.

WHO YOU ARE
- Previous years of relevant B2B demand gen experience, with success in high-growth SaaS, B2B2C marketplaces, or tech environments.
- Deep understanding of the modern B2B marketing landscape, including sales-aligned go-to-market motions, multi-touch attribution, and the importance of driving measurable revenue impact.
- Expertise across the full funnel - from big brand moments to fast-moving inbound to sales-assisted ABM.
- A passion for marketing that performs. You love when brand and demand come together to move real revenue.
- Proven success building pipeline in B2B SaaS, ideally with a mix of velocity (SMB) and considered (Enterprise) sales cycles.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Ops.
- A people-first mindset - you know that clarity, kindness, and trust are what drive real collaboration and lasting results.
- Deep knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, performance reporting, and attribution.
- Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and ownership.
- A strong point of view, but an open mind - you’re a player-coach who leads with clarity and curiosity.
- Bonus: experience marketing to HR personas or building demand in a category-creating space.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $166,334 - $207,917. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

PAID TIME OFF: It’s important to take time away from work to recharge. Employees receive a minimum of 25 days PTO per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday!)
