THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Partner Sales Analyst to join our Partner Sales Automation team, with a strong focus on key markets such as Brazil.


In this role, you will act as a hunter, owning the acquisition funnel end to end from lead management to opportunity closing  while working closely with the Sales Automation Senior Manager to drive growth through our Self-Serve Tool. You will be responsible for improving conversion rates with quality, supporting local market campaigns, and ensuring strong attention to detail in system usage and data accuracy. A critical part of the role is continuously analyzing and improving sales processes, identifying operational gaps, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize how opportunities are managed across the funnel, especially for Self Sign-Up partnerships. Success in this position will be measured by: 

  • Increasing conversion rates and new partner acquisition
  • Enhancing operational efficiency and process quality across internal workflows.

You will collaborate closely with sales teams across multiple markets, as well as marketing and product, to scale partnerships in an established and growing market. We are looking for someone with a hands-on, ownership mindset who can raise the bar and help evolve our team and processes.

 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Own and manage the sales pipeline end to end, from top-of-funnel to opportunity closing.
  • Act with a strong commercial and strategic mindset, closely tracking sales, funnel performance, and conversion metrics.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to improve prospect engagement, lead quality, and campaign performance.
  • Continuously monitor data and system details to ensure pipeline accuracy and identify opportunities for conversion improvement.
  • Contribute to process optimization by identifying inefficiencies and collaborating with internal teams to improve sales workflows.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Relevant degree with strong understanding of B2B sales and marketplace strategies.
  • Fluency in German (Mandatory) and Portuguese.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales and Customer Experience, with a strong hunter mindset and focus on converting prospects through the full sales funnel.
  • Strong customer-centric approach, able to understand partner pain points and handle objections effectively.
  • Analytical, proactive, and results-driven profile, with solid problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with CRM, sales automation tools, and data analysis to track performance and optimize campaigns
