THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Client Success Strategy Lead to our Global Revenue Strategy team in São Paulo!
This role sits within the Global Revenue Strategy team and is responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing global nurture programs that strengthen long-term client engagement, value realization, and retention across all regions.
As a Lead, you will operate with a high level of ownership and strategic influence. Your impact will come from driving cross-functional alignment, structuring frameworks, analyzing data, and operationalizing initiatives that enable CS teams to deliver proactive, consistent, and meaningful client engagement throughout the lifecycle.
This is a unique opportunity to build the global nurture engine for Wellhub, connecting strategy to execution and ensuring our teams have the right processes, insights, and materials to provide a differentiated client experience.
YOUR IMPACT
- Nurture Strategy Leadership: Design and evolve the global nurture strategy across client segments, ensuring programs are aligned to lifecycle stages, business priorities, and regional needs. You will lead the definition of nurture flows, success metrics, and strategic pillars.
- Project & Program Management: Own the end-to-end execution of nurture initiatives, including prioritization, planning, tracking, timeline management, and stakeholder visibility. Drive structured, scalable execution while ensuring teams across regions understand goals and deliverables.
- Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration: Act as a strategic connector between Global CS Strategy, Regional CS Leaders, Revenue Marketing, Product, and Value teams. Facilitate alignment on messaging, timing, resource needs, and program adoption. Encourage knowledge-sharing and build consistency while respecting regional nuances.
- Lifecycle Insights & Improvements: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from nurture programs to identify gaps, pain points, opportunities, and patterns in client behavior. Translate these insights into actionable recommendations and roadmap refinements, influencing strategic decisions.
- Client-Centric Decision Making: Ensure nurture programs reflect the voice, needs, and expectations of clients. Continuously map scenarios, risks, and opportunities to optimize engagement touchpoints. Support teams by anticipating friction and designing solutions that reduce churn risk and enhance value realization.
- Enablement & Content Creation: Build structured documentation, frameworks, playbooks, and templates that help regional teams execute nurture programs consistently. Present updates, create training materials, and ensure teams feel confident and empowered to apply the strategy.
- Global Governance & Standardization: Structure guidelines, governance layers, and quality standards for nurture execution, ensuring alignment with global strategy while maintaining flexibility for regional adjustments.

WHO YOU ARE
- Reside in São Paulo and has availability to go to the office when requested.
- Previous experience in Client Success strategy, Nurture, or Operations in SaaS/B2B environments.
- Previous experience in process mapping, workflow optimization, or operational design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple seniority levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert insights into scalable improvements.
- Comfortable working with lifecycle frameworks, segmentation models, and customer engagement strategies.
- Collaborative profile with experience working in global or cross-functional environments.
- Able to lead initiatives independently and drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize strategically.
- Fluent English and strong Portuguese proficiency.
- Knowledge in Google Workspace and documentation tools.
- The scope of this role is strictly strategic and does not involve people management, client portfolio management, or commercial targets for renewal and expansion.
- Previous experience with nurture flows, lifecycle automation tools, QBR/ABR processes, or client engagement frameworks is a plus.
