THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Enterprise Sales Director to our Sales team in Mexico! 

As a Sales Director you will lead and inspire our sales team, ensuring the achievement of quarterly and annual quotas. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with our business objectives, as well as collaborating with marketing to build effective go-to-market approaches for both new and existing products or services.

You’ll lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals, creating a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration. Additionally, you will own sales forecasting and reporting processes, and act as a key relationship builder with clients and internal stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities and driving long-term value.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our sales organization in the fast-paced B2B technology space, with impact across strategy, execution, and customer success.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Drive consistent revenue growth by setting clear goals and motivating the sales team to exceed quotas.

  • Shape the sales strategy and processes that will support long-term business objectives.

  • Align sales and marketing initiatives to maximize market reach and product visibility.

  • Cultivate a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and talent development.

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and insights to inform executive decision-making.

  • Strengthen relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for account expansion and new business.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience in a Sales Director or similar leadership role within the B2B technology market.

  • You’re a natural leader and coach, with proven experience recruiting, developing, and managing sales teams to high performance.

  • Strategic mindset, able to design and execute sales strategies and go-to-market plans that align with broader business goals.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and can engage confidently with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Analytical and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to forecasting and performance management.

  • Organized, with the ability to prioritize and focus on high-impact activities.

  • Experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce) and are comfortable using client communication platforms.

  • Fluent in English (oral and written).

  • Experience in the wellness or health-tech sector is a strong plus.
