THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Programs Senior Manager to our SMB team in New York

This role is to join the SMB Global Programs team as a Sr Manager, Global Programs. The mission of the Global Programs is to accelerate the growth of the SMB business through driving innovation with data insights, transforming operational processes, and orchestrating strategic initiatives with Product, Marketing, Finance, and the broader Sales organization, including our AI strategy for sales. You will help to maximize the lifetime value of our customers and optimize funnel performance across the full customer lifecycle by developing and executing our AI strategy for sales. Global programs has a unique position in Wellhub – developing and influencing a strategic and holistic view of generating business with SMB customers globally. You will partner closely with Sales leadership, Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics, to shape and execute our AI strategy and drive initiatives to maximize the total lifetime value of our SMB clients

YOUR IMPACT

  • Support development and execution of our AI sales strategy in partnership with Sr. Director of Global Programs, Sales, Marketing, and Product Stakeholders. 
  • Develop new Global Wellhub initiatives that leverage generative AI across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to customer expansion, 
  • Plan requirements with internal stakeholders and lead working groups to usher programs and projects through their entire lifecycle, building clear roadmaps for cross-functional team members
  • Analyze Wellhub’s business through internal and external data, and develop financial, statistical, and econometric models to understand and quantify impact
  • Understand our Wellhub SMB customers and their needs – represent the customers’ perspectives in internal strategy and planning sessions, and in discussions with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Drive and influence the development, prioritization, and analysis of product and operational experiments to grow the business and optimize resource allocation

WHO YOU ARE

  • A Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Experience developing initiatives leveraging generative AI to support sales and marketing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven track record of driving insights and making decisions based on data
  • Experience developing business strategy and building financial models
  • Proven ability to influence executive-level cross-functional stakeholders, and achieve targets and metrics in a team environment
  • Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand and anticipate the needs and expectations of new SMB clients;
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, handle pressures and meet targets in hyper-growth environment, while having a keen eye for details
  • A team player who works both both autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment with  a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles, capable of adapting to a fast-growing organization;
  • Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling a group to execute against an initiative while rolling up his or her own sleeves;
  • Experience working with international teams, presenting to executive leadership, building business cases, and proving out the results;

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $112,458.00 - $150,686.00. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

PAID TIME OFF: It’s important to take time away from work to recharge. Employees receive a minimum of 25 days PTO per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday!)
