THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Partner Marketing Associate to our Marketing team in São Paulo!
As a Partner Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to build and maintain a unique and compelling partner network for our clients and end users. Your primary focus will be to support the LATAM Partnerships team in signing, launching and driving the growth of strategic fitness and wellness Partners. While you will support the team in Brazil with some important marketing activities, your focus will be on creating and deploying a strategy on Spanish Speaking countries (MX, CL, AR). This will include supporting the development of our Partner Value Proposition and implementing this across key marketing touchpoints, including sales materials (one pagers, presentations, landing pages etc), as well as external campaigns, user and client communications and also supporting the planning and execution of industry expos and events. This role also involves working with our parallel marketing teams across User Growth, PR, Social Media, B2B Marketing, Product Marketing and Wellbeing Engagement to plan and implement campaigns for partner launches and ongoing strategic partner promotions. As part of this, you will be pivotal in developing and evolving the campaigns, processes and tools to drive partner growth and success.
YOUR IMPACT

Implement the Partner Value Prop: Implement key messaging to attract and engage Wishlist partners e.g. by developing compelling sales materials such as one pagers, case studies, presentations, videos.

Support market positioning: Work with our corporate communication and partnerships teams to identify and implement key media opportunities to present Wellhub effectively to the fitness and wellness industry.

Own the GTM strategy for new Partner launches: Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive partner awareness and growth (new users) with parallel marketing teams when we launch new partners.

Performance tracking: Measure and report out on the success of the activities you are responsible for, using KPIs like user growth, lead generation and campaign performance data.

Budget tracking across SS LatAm projects and deliverables.

Create meaningful relationships with Spanish Speaking partners and fitness associations.

Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with the partnerships, marketing and other internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment to drive collective success.

Lead our SS LatAm Fitness influencer program to help build advocacy and brand awareness within partners.

WHO YOU ARE
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Canva and Photoshop is a strong plus.
- Professional Experience:
- Proven experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing or marketing in general
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management.
- Experience creating marketing for partners (B2B) rather than end-users is valued.
- Language Requirements: Native speaker or fluent in Spanish with experience working in the LaTAm market and Advanced English.
