THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Business Development Representative to our Client Sales team in São Paulo!
As a BDR Enterprise, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with strategic government accounts (public institutions across different sectors), partnering closely with our Enterprise Sales Executives to open doors and create qualified pipelines for our Enterprise segment.
YOUR IMPACT
- Proactively identify and engage potential Strategic clients through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative channels).
- Research large and complex accounts, map multiple stakeholders, and personalize outreach to engage senior decision-makers.
- Educate prospects about Wellhub’s mission and value proposition, creating interest and securing meetings for the sales team.
- Overcome objections, manage expectations, and build trusted relationships at different levels, including executives and senior leaders.
- Collaborate with Strategic AEs to align messaging, share insights, and strategize on multi-stakeholder accounts.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generation goals.
- Be a Wellhub ambassador at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Develop expertise in managing long and consultative sales cycles, with an ability to connect Wellhub’s value to complex organizational challenges.

WHO YOU ARE
- Reside in São Paulo.
- Availability to go to the office at least twice a month.
- A true team player who loves collaborating to reach ambitious goals.
- Tenacious, resilient, and goal-oriented — with solid previous experience in outbound prospecting, business development, or sales for large/complex Strategic accounts.
- Organized and self-motivated — you can handle multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.
- Coachable, curious, and always seeking to learn and improve.
- You think strategically and creatively to solve complex challenges.
- Experience engaging C-level and senior executives in Enterprise/Strategic accounts is highly valued.
- Advanced English is a plus.
- Experience working with government/public sector clients is a strong plus.
