THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a LONGTAIL PARTNERS SUCCESS ANALYST for our PARTNERS team in SÃO PAULO! 

As a Longtail Partners Success Analyst, you will be a key member of the Wellhub Partner Success team, dedicated to nurturing and growing relationships with our small and medium-sized partners. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the partner lifecycle, from onboarding and training to ongoing support and relationship development. This includes conducting complex negotiations, facilitating integrations with club management systems, and collaborating with other team members to refine and improve our overall partner strategy.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Support assigned partners with empathy and agility, acting as a point of contact for questions, requests, and the resolution of operational issues.
  • Lead negotiations with partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with Wellhub's strategic objectives.
  • Monitor adherence to established policies and agreements, maintaining the quality of operations and alignment with company guidelines.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Evolving professional: Experience in customer service, sales, or partner support — especially handling requests through systems like Zendesk. Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence, managing personal emotions and understanding others to build productive relationships.
  • Service-oriented: Passionate about solving problems and delivering excellent support through structured channels, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Strong communicator and negotiator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese, with the ability to navigate partner concerns and negotiate solutions that balance business needs and partner satisfaction. 
  • Relationship-aware: Comfortable interacting with partners in a support context, maintaining professionalism and a service-first mindset.
  • Eager to learn: Proactive and curious, always looking to improve and grow.
  • Adaptable: Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adjusts well to shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative: A team player who works well with others and values shared success.
  • Ambitious: Motivated to grow in a career focused on partner support and excited to contribute to Wellhub’s mission.
