Principal Technical Product Manager, Direct-to-Consumer
We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
For 100 years, our teams have reimagined iconic brands like Hasbro Pulse and Dungeons & Dragons, and we're looking for people who want to explore, experiment, and build what hasn't existed before.
About the Role
Hasbro's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) organization is building a unified commerce platform for Hasbro Pulse, Dungeons & Dragons Beyond, Secret Lair, and future brands. As Principal Product Manager, Unified DTC Platform and Experience, you'll own the fan journey end to end, from storefront discovery and checkout through order management, fulfillment, and post-purchase support.
You'll set product strategy across front-end experience, backend commerce systems, and operational workflows, and own the roadmap for Salesforce Order Management (OMS) and fulfillment integrations with GXO, WMS, and SAP. You'll manage a small team of Product Managers and Program Managers, partner closely with Engineering, UX, Operations, and Customer Care, and be accountable for measurable gains in order reliability, efficiency, and customer experience.
What You'll Do
Set DTC product strategy
- Own the product vision and roadmap across the DTC ecosystem: storefront experience, checkout, order management, fulfillment, and post-purchase journeys.
- Align front-end experience with backend capabilities to create a seamless, scalable fan journey across all brands.
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture to extend Salesforce OMS integrations with payment, tax, and logistics systems.
- Turn customer feedback and business goals into product requirements that improve fulfillment accuracy, cut processing time, and support new fulfillment models.
- Set platform-level OKRs for conversion, order success rates, fulfillment SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
Drive operational excellence and automation
- Lead initiatives that simplify and automate high-volume workflows, including refunds, address changes, and split shipments.
- Grow automation across end-to-end workflows to reduce operational overhead and support scale across regions and brands.
- Work with Customer Care and Digital Genius teams to deliver self-service capabilities and automated case resolution that reduce contact volume.
- Partner with Analytics to find bottlenecks, measure process performance, and prioritize the optimizations with the highest business value.
- Standardize workflows, capabilities, and integrations to support a scalable, unified DTC platform.
- Keep automation efforts aligned with compliance, tax, and financial reconciliation requirements.
Lead and grow the product team
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Program Managers, setting clear ownership, priorities, and growth paths.
- Coach and mentor Product Managers and cross-functional partners.
- Establish product management practices, operating rhythms, and decision frameworks across the DTC organization.
- Help teams balance near-term improvements with long-term platform scalability, focused on measurable outcomes.
- Represent the DTC product domain in roadmap planning, quarterly reviews, and leadership forums.
Lead cross-functional platform integration
- Partner with Front-End, Data, and Platform teams to deliver a cohesive fan journey from discovery through delivery.
- Work closely with UX to define and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience across all touchpoints.
- Align with Operations and Finance so OMS capabilities support fulfillment processes, regional compliance, and accounting automation.
- Connect Product, Engineering, UX, Operations, and Data around one unified platform vision.
- Contribute to the Unified eCommerce Platform roadmap, supporting integration across systems and global expansion.
What You'll Need
Required:
- 7+ years of product management experience in eCommerce, order management, or fulfillment systems.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce OMS, warehouse management systems (WMS), or ERP integrations.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
- A track record of defining measurable outcomes and driving improvements through data-driven prioritization.
- Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with multi-region fulfillment, 3PL integrations, and SAP financial reconciliation.
- Background in workflow automation, customer care tools, or service experience platforms.
- A track record of leading complex, multi-brand product strategies at global scale.
- Experience mentoring or managing Product Managers, or serving as a team lead responsible for product direction and coaching.
