• Monitor and optimize campaign performance against established KPIs, ensuring effective budget management, pacing, and delivery against business objectives.
• Lead audience, inventory, and creative testing initiatives, including supply path optimization, deal/PMP strategies, and experimentation frameworks to continuously improve performance and efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance and communicate results through ongoing reporting and post-campaign analyses, translating data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Ensure campaigns adhere to brand safety, viewability, and fraud prevention standards through appropriate vendor and platform management.

Operational Excellence

• Champion collaboration across Analytics, Consumer Insights, Creative, Data & Technology, Media Operations, Finance, Procurement, and platform partners to ensure seamless campaign execution, measurement, budget stewardship, and operational excellence.
• Serve as a key point of contact for DSP, publisher, and technology partners, leveraging relationships to access beta programs, emerging capabilities, and industry insights.
• Bring thought leadership to the organization by sharing best practices, developing points of view on emerging trends and programmatic innovations, educating stakeholders, and evaluating new technologies—including AI-enabled solutions—to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Embrace a variety of business challenges and adapt strategies to support different brands, audiences, and fandoms across Hasbro's portfolio.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns in-house or at an agency, including required expertise in DV360 and Amazon DSP. Experience with additional DSPs, such as The Trade Desk, is a plus.
• Experience activating and optimizing campaigns across online video (with an emphasis on YouTube), CTV/OTT, display, and audio environments, including management across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong understanding of programmatic fundamentals, including audience development, supply path optimization, deal/PMP strategies, inventory quality management, auction dynamics, brand safety, and measurement approaches.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
