Medical Education Coordinator

HeartFlow is looking for a program coordinator to support our medical affairs team. We are on a trajectory for growth and there is a lot of opportunity to grow alongside the company. #LI-Remote; #LI-IB1
Job Responsibilities:
- Support regional, field-driven programs that require internal and external faculty.
- Liaise with and schedule physician faculty calendar invitations, prep meetings and other education-related needs.
- Build and maintain registration in SalesForce.com/Blackthorn
- Coordinate meeting logistics for customer-facing educational programs: registration, travel, hotels, meeting space, catering, printing/shipping, post-meeting surveys, and reports.
- Modify and gain internal approvals for invitations and registration sites.
- Support back end of zoom webinars for virtual programs.
- Support Open Payments reporting
Collaboration and General Support:
- Work closely with the field sales, medical affairs, marketing, market access, accounting and other departments across the organization.
- Manage Medical Affairs invoices and payments
- Conduct other administrative tasks for the Medical Affairs team
Skills Needed:
- Preferred experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry working with Health Care Professionals (HCPs).
- Some experience in meeting planning and coordination.
- Excellent organizational, time management and written/verbal communication skills along with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs at once.
- Must be detail-oriented and a self-starter that can work independently in a work from home environment.
- Experience with Blackthorn Event App a plus
Ability to travel within the US up to 10%.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $53,000 to $80,000 per year, cash bonus, and stock options.
