Supply Chain Specialist, 1st Shift
BACKGROUND
Due to our rapid growth, our success is directly dependent on attracting and retaining the best possible talent across our teams. To this end, we are posting for a strong Supply Chain Specialist. This role will be based on our Norton, MA facility.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
The Supply Chain Specialist will play a key role in maintaining inventory health and ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient product flow in and out of third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses. This role supports daily operations by managing inbound and outbound inventory transactions, reconciling discrepancies, ensuring First Expired, First Out (FEFO) discipline, and coordinating logistics activities between HMF drivers and 3PL providers. This role will play a critical role with Inventory Health initiatives across all sites to with focus on at risk inventory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Evaluate at-risk and non-productive inventory and work cross-functionally to resolve inventory status and batch disposition issues for improved product flow.
