Technical Product Strategy & Integration – Assistant Vice President / Vice President

About the Role

iCapital is seeking to hire a Technology Product Strategy and Integration Assistant Vice President or Vice President to join the Operations and Investment Technology Product Strategy & Integration team. This team leads cross-platform initiatives to improve scale, consistency, and operational excellence, focusing on the iCapital Network Platform (ICN), and partners with OIPM, Product, and Engineering teams to shape strategy, define requirements, and deliver an efficient, evolving platform. This role will design, manage, and optimize iCapital’s global network infrastructure, which includes overseeing network security, connectivity, and performance across multiple platforms and technologies. It involves leading cross-functional initiatives, driving operational excellence, and delivering scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee a complex portfolio of cross-platform projects.
  • Define project scope, assess business impact, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Drive KPI-focused initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, risk mitigation, and scalability.
  • Own end-to-end business analysis: requirements gathering, documentation, and post-implementation benefit reviews.
  • Conduct business process and operating model reviews aligned to iCapital’s global standards.
  • Identify process and technical enhancement opportunities across the iCapital Network (ICN) platform.
  • Partner with Product Managers to shape and deliver new operational platform functionality.
  • Proactively identify and escalate project issues, risks, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate cross-organizational communication and integration meetings to drive alignment and issue resolution.
  • Develop training materials, release notes, and deliver user training on new processes and system capabilities.
  • Support and contribute to projects that span global regions and time zones.
  • Present practical, data-driven technology solutions to business problems.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services ideally in the private market or wealthtech space
  • Expertise in operations within alternative investments banking or asset wealth management
  • Knowledge of private markets ecosystem and alternative products lifecycle
  • Experience with technology enabled controls data analytics and workflow tools
  • Strong business analysis and project management skills
  • Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver technology or process driven solutions
  • Exceptional prioritization communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Intellectually curious, proactive and comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Creative thinker who enjoys solving complex problems and can communicate them simply
  • Knowledge of technical workflows developer tools or languages is a plus

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $175,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
