
Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling graphic design solutions across iCapital’s marketing and brand initiatives. This role requires a highly skilled, detail-oriented designer with strong experience in layout, typography, and visual storytelling. The Graphic Designer will partner closely with the Creative Director, marketing teams, and stakeholders to create polished, on-brand B2B visual content that resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to translate concepts into high-quality visual designs across all workstreams.
- Design digital and print assets for both internal and external touchpoints, including PowerPoint presentations, digital ads, banners, social graphics, out-of-home advertising, brand collateral, and campaign visuals.
- Develop creative design concepts for B2B marketing materials, including digital ads, social graphics, PowerPoint presentation design, and campaign toolkits.
- Partner with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and create designs that clearly communicate key messages and drive engagement.
- Ensure all designs are visually compelling, on-brand, and aligned with iCapital’s overall brand and marketing strategy.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Maintain and evolve iCapital’s visual identity by applying brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools to continuously elevate creative output.
- Provide design support for special projects, events, and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure visual consistency and quality across deliverables.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas that strengthen the overall brand and marketing approach.
- Work cross-functionally to foster a collaborative, efficient, and creative work environment.
Qualifications
- +6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the finance, fintech, or technology industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital, print, and brand applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint and related design tools.
- Excellent understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly creative with a strong attention to detail and a desire to push creative standards while maintaining brand integrity.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams and iterating on designs based on feedback and performance insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office 3 days a week with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days.
