This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented leader who can build trusted client relationships, guide decision-making, and maintain accountability across teams while balancing client value, delivery quality, commercial impact, and long-term scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior delivery leader for assigned client portfolios, building trusted relationships and ensuring delivery strategies are aligned to client business objectives.
  • Own end-to-end delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent client implementations, including timelines, quality, scope, risks, dependencies, and executive stakeholder alignment.
  • Lead and develop teams of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and delivery resources, creating clarity, accountability, and consistent execution across engagements.
  • Establish and maintain strong delivery governance, including clear decision-making forums, escalation paths, change control, scope management, and portfolio health reporting.
  • Guide clients and internal teams through delivery trade-offs, ensuring requests are assessed against scope, timeline, resourcing, commercial impact, and overall client value.
  • Identify delivery risks proactively, resolve complex issues, and drive practical solutions that protect client outcomes and support long-term scalability.
  • Own portfolio financial performance, including P&L, margin targets, revenue performance, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Create executive-level visibility into portfolio health, key risks, scope decisions, dependencies, milestones, and actions required to support successful delivery.
  • Partner closely with the Product team to translate client feedback, implementation learnings, recurring pain points, and enhancement needs into clear, actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Support, Operations, and Product teams to improve handoffs, align expectations, resolve cross-functional dependencies, and strengthen the overall client experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, playbooks, metrics, automation opportunities, and operating practices to increase consistency, efficiency, and predictability.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client value while ensuring delivery commitments, scope considerations, and commercial implications are clearly understood.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in client delivery, implementation, program leadership, or professional services within SaaS, technology, financial services, or a similarly complex environment
  • Proven success leading complex client implementations and delivery portfolios with accountability for scope, timelines, quality, client satisfaction, and business outcomes
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust with senior client stakeholders, communicate clearly, guide decision-making, and lead productive conversations around priorities and trade-offs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scope, establish governance, hold stakeholders accountable, and maintain delivery discipline while preserving strong client relationships
  • Experience diagnosing complex delivery challenges, identifying root causes, and implementing practical, scalable solutions across teams and client engagements
  • Experience partnering with product teams to translate client needs, implementation feedback, and recurring themes into actionable product insights and prioritization inputs
  • Track record of building, improving, or enforcing delivery processes, governance models, implementation playbooks, metrics, and operating rhythms
  • Experience leading and developing teams of project managers, business analysts, implementation consultants, or other delivery resources
  • Strong commercial judgment, including experience managing delivery financials, margin performance, resource planning, revenue impact, and client commitments
