
Relationship Manager, Business Development - RIA Enterprise Vice President
The Vice President, Enterprise RIA Structured Investments will be responsible for driving platform adoption, strategic growth, and structured investment penetration across Enterprise RIA firms. This individual will serve as a key partner to RIA home offices, CIOs, investment committees, and platform decision-makers, helping scale structured investment capabilities across large, complex organizations.
This role will act as a central connector between enterprise clients, internal distribution teams, national accounts partners, product specialists, and technology stakeholders to enhance the structured investment platform, drive firm-wide adoption, and support strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with RIA home offices, CIOs, investment committees, and platform decision-makers to support structured investment adoption and growth.
- Develop and execute firm-level adoption strategies across large advisor networks and enterprise platforms.
- Act as the primary liaison between enterprise RIA clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and platform effectiveness.
- Coordinate structured investment platform initiatives, integrations, and rollout strategies across enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.
- Partner closely with the Sales, Product, Technology, and National Accounts teams to align platform capabilities with client needs and business objectives.
- Drive utilization of structured investment technology tools and resources across regional coverage teams.
- Identify and prioritize platform enhancements, workflow improvements, and technology-driven solutions to improve advisor engagement.
- Support enterprise presentations, RFPs, platform reviews, and strategic client meetings.
- Collaborate with Enterprise RIA coverage teams to deepen existing relationships and identify opportunities for expanded platform integration.
- Serve as a central coordination point across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistency in messaging, execution, and client engagement.
- Position structured investments within iCapital's broader platform offering and support overall enterprise growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in structured investments, wealth management distribution, enterprise platforms, national accounts, or related financial services roles
- Strong knowledge of structured investment products and capital markets
- Experience working with RIA home offices, enterprise wealth platforms, and institutional clients
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and collaborate across Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations teams
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Experience supporting enterprise platform solutions, technology integrations, or white-label offerings
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders across large organizations
- Existing relationships within the Enterprise RIA and National Accounts channels are highly desirable.
- Series 7 and 63 or 66 licenses are required
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and internal coordination
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees. This role is eligible for comission.
