Senior Talent Acquisition Partner II, Corporate & Executive
ICON is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner II to serve as the primary TA partner to leadership in our corporate and operations functions as well as owning assigned leadership searches across the business . In this role, you will design and manage searches across Finance, Legal, People, Executive and Operations with a focus on building talent-density in addition to owning executive and senior leadership searches throughout the organization.
You will be a trusted partner to business leadership and the HRBP function in org planning, scoping search criteria, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and leveraging external resources. The ideal candidate loves to solve problems in a fast-paced environment and brings deep experience owning searches at the senior leadership level. This role will be based in Austin, TX, and report to the VP, People.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Steward the relationship between TA and assigned business unit leadership.
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process and search strategy for requisitions within the assigned business units including sourcing and as needed coordination.
- Own assigned executive and leadership searches across the full organization.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles, define qualifications, and develop search strategies aligned with ICON’s hiring standards and compliance requirements.
- Engage, assess, and present qualified candidates while maintaining a strong focus on talent density, business partnership, and candidate experience.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the talent market and ICON’s talent practices - advising leaders on the compensation, sourcing strategy, and compliance matters.
- Manage interview logistics, collect structured feedback, and ensure timely hiring decisions.
- Facilitate kickoff meetings, calibration meetings, panel preparation meetings, and interview debrief sessions.
- Represent the TA function in talent review and org planning meetings for assigned business units.
- Represent ICON at industry events and build professional associations to strengthen our employer brand within relevant talent communities.
- Analyze and report on recruiting metrics, pipeline data, and hiring progress to leadership.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years of focus on executive-level searches.
- Proven success in recruiting for G&A roles across finance, human resources, legal, and administrative functions.
- Strong ability to operationalize talent density strategy into recruiting processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, etc.).
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex searches with a high level of organization.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience supporting recruiting in a growth-stage environment.
- Prior experience coaching hiring managers on best practices in the talent acquisition space.
