Senior Analyst, APAC Operations
ICONIQ is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our APAC Operations team in Singapore. This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and client lifecycle support, helping ensure the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of the information that underpins our investment and client activities. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our portfolio management and client relationship systems, partnering with internal stakeholders and external providers to improve data quality, strengthen controls, and streamline workflows. This role also supports client onboarding and lifecycle transitions, coordinating with compliance, custodians, and client-facing teams to ensure complete documentation, strong data quality, and consistent execution across client changes. We are also open to considering candidates at the Analyst level for this role, depending on experience.
What You'll Do
Portfolio Data & System Management
- Oversee investment and transaction data within the Portfolio Management System, including valuations, commitments, capital calls, and distributions
- Maintain and reconcile transactional data across custodial accounts and banking partners, resolving exceptions in a timely and accurate manner
- Centralize and automate data aggregation from administrators, custodians, and third-party providers
Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Coordination
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and lifecycle events across internal teams and external counterparties to support timely and seamless client implementation
- Coordinate account opening and setup with custodians and coverage teams, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and strong execution discipline
- Support due diligence and compliance processes through disciplined management of onboarding requirements, data quality, and issue resolution
Process Improvement & Transformation
- Drive process improvements that strengthen data governance, enhance controls, streamline workflows, and support greater scalability through business intelligence and AI-enabled tools
Ideal Candidate Background
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background
- 2 to 5 years of experience in data operations, data analytics, client onboarding, or related operational roles within financial services; experience across both operational and client-facing functions is particularly valued
- Familiarity with client due diligence requirements (AML/CDD) across institutional and private wealth structures, including entities, trusts, and financial institutions, with exposure to applicable Singapore MAS and UK FCA requirements
- Experience with portfolio management or accounting systems, such as Addepar, and client relationship management platforms such as Salesforce is a plus
- Experience with relational databases or data query tools (e.g., Snowflake, SQL) is a plus
- Interest in applying artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to improve workflows and operational scale
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail and a consistent track record of accuracy in high-volume environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, legal counterparties, and senior internal stakeholders
