Legal Intern
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our global Legal team. This internship is ideal for a law student or pre-law student who is highly organized, efficient, and eager to gain exposure to the legal and administrative functions of an international eCommerce company. The role will involve legal document handling, contract administration, and departmental coordination.
Job Expectations:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining legal documents, contract templates, and compliance files across jurisdictions.
- Help process and log incoming contracts, NDAs, and service agreements into the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.
- Track contract deadlines, renewal dates, and assist with status updates for ongoing legal matters.
- Support the Legal team’s vendor onboarding process and administration.
- Prepare signature packets, coordinate e-signatures, and maintain accurate records of executed agreements.
- Assist with compiling and formatting reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal meetings or compliance tracking.
- Support policy updates by formatting, proofreading, and distributing revised documentation.
- Assist in litigation discovery matters and document production requests.
- Conduct basic legal and regulatory research, as needed, under attorney supervision.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential legal and business information.
- Interest in corporate law, operations, compliance, or legal administration, especially in an international business setting.
Equipment Knowledge:
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred
Experience Requirements:
Experience in general office setting in administrative or coordinator roles.
Education Requirements:
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a JD, pre-law, or related undergraduate/graduate program.

The anticipated pay scale for this position can be found below, however the pay range applicable to you may vary by geographic location based on where the job is located or where you work. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. iHerb, LLC is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
