Team Overview:

Voyantic is the only company in the world specializing 100% in RAIN RFID and NFC measurement and testing solutions for tag design, application development and production.

Our solutions are designed to speed up development, improve production quality, and increase sales of RFID technology. That is why practically all of the leading RFID technology providers use our equipment in their R&D, production, or both.

What You Will Do:

  • Design, develop, implement, debug, and optimize LabVIEW-based solutions, including Windows applications, Real-Time (RT) code, and FPGA
  • Design and implement test sequencing for production testing
  • Architect and design software for embedded systems, ensuring robust interaction between hardware and software components
  • Work with RFID protocols and signal processing as part of the product development
  • Apply software development best practices, including the use of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Git, JIRA, Jenkins, and similar platforms
  • Actively participate in peer code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and team capability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to support project objectives
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress, technical challenges, and team goals

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in LabView development
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field
  • Proficiency in LabVIEW software development, including Windows applications, real-time systems, and FPGA programming
  • Experience in developing NI TestStand based testing solutions
  • Demonstrated expertise in debugging, performance optimization, and maintenance of complex LabVIEW and embedded systems
  • Solid understanding of modern software development workflows, including advanced version control and continuous integration practices
  • Practical knowledge of RFID protocols, RF fundamentals and signal processing
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling productive collaboration across diverse teams
  • A positive, professional attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
  • A continuous learning mindset with a proactive approach to personal and professional development
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively while balancing competing priorities

Voyantic Compensation & Benefits:

The monthly salary for this position is: 4800-5600 €/month based on experience. Our total compensation package includes monthly salary, Voyantic incentive program, and Impinj stock awards.
