Role Overview
Impiricus is searching for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our cutting-edge products designed for pharmaceutical companies to connect more effectively with physicians. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our solutions, ensuring they exceed the expectations of our clients and contribute positively to the healthcare ecosystem. Responsibilities

  • Product Operations 
    • Oversee the project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently. This involves creating project timelines, identifying dependencies, and resolving bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
  • Strategy & Vision 
    • Craft and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with our mission to revolutionize healthcare communications
    • Develop a strategic product roadmap, setting clear goals and milestones to achieve our vision
  • Product Development
    • Lead cross-functional teams through the agile development process, ensuring the timely delivery of features that meet the high-quality standards our clients expect
    • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on their impact on our clients and their patients
  • Market Research
    • Conduct in-depth market research to understand the evolving needs of both pharmaceutical companies and physicians
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes that could impact product development and strategy
  • Stakeholder Management 
    • Work closely with stakeholders across the company, including tech, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure product objectives are achieved
    • Effectively communicate product plans and progress to all stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Performance Metrics
    • Utilize key performance indicators to measure product success and inform future development decisions
    • Embrace a data-driven approach to continuously refine and improve our product offerings
  • Customer Advocacy
    • Act as the primary advocate for our clients within the organization, ensuring their feedback and needs are central to the product development process
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to validate and refine product decisions
  • P&L Management
    • Incorporate financial metrics into decision making and meeting strategic objectives
    • Own a holistic P&L and understand key areas of investment and divestment 

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree 
  • 5+ years of product management or startup founder experience, ideally within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries however not necessary
  • Demonstrated success in launching and growing innovative products, with a strong understanding of the healthcare or pharmaceutical landscapes
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills, capable of leading diverse teams and engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies and experience working closely with technical teams to bring digital products to market
  • A passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to improving the way pharmaceutical companies and physicians collaborate for better patient outcomes
