The Impact You’ll Make
As an Account Executive at Incode, you’ll partner with some of the largest enterprises in the world to reduce cyber fraud and deliver frictionless identity verification experiences. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—expanding our presence across Latin America while deepening relationships with existing customers. Your work will directly impact revenue growth, strengthen our foothold in priority verticals like Banking, Telco, Insurance, and Retail, and help shape how industries across the region build trust in digital identity.
What You’ll Own & Drive
- 
Pipeline Growth & Quota Attainment – Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by building and managing a robust pipeline across current and upcoming quarters.
 - 
Enterprise Expansion – Attract, manage, and grow relationships with new and existing enterprise customers across LATAM.
 - 
High-Impact Proposals – Develop compelling proposals and business cases for C-level stakeholders that clearly articulate value and ROI.
 - 
Negotiation & Closing – Lead commercial negotiations, close large complex deals, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction through proactive account management.
 - 
Sales Operations Excellence – Maintain accurate Salesforce records, sales funnel updates, and meeting notes to ensure predictability and transparency.
 - 
Customer Success Partnership – Provide professional after-sales support, ensuring customers realize value and remain engaged.
 - 
Market & Product Expertise – Stay on top of industry trends, customer challenges, competitor offerings, and Incode’s evolving solutions to position us as the trusted partner of choice.

Your Background
- 
8+ years of proven success selling SaaS/AI solutions with contract sizes ranging from $500K–$3M annually.
 - 
Track record of selling into enterprise customers with end-to-end solution delivery.
 - 
Familiarity with APIs, AI, Webhooks, SDKs, SaaS, and biometrics technologies (preferred).
 - 
Experience working in startup technology companies.
 - 
Knowledge of digital and enterprise technology trends and regulatory environments.
 - 
Strong Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) proficiency.
 - 
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 - 
Proven ability to quickly identify decision-makers and shorten sales cycles.
 - 
Fluent in English, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
