About the role:
Industrious is hiring an TechOps Projects Associate who will primarily support the delivery of both new coworking space launches, where possible, and assist on internal IT initiatives across Industrious’ European portfolio. You’ll be responsible for managing timelines, communicating across cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of technical deliverables from networking and AV rollouts in new spaces to internal systems upgrades, software deployments, and process improvement projects.
This is a hands-on coordination role for someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working across diverse regions, vendors, and priorities. You will play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead IT setup for new coworking locations, including networking, AV, access control, printing, and security systems—ensuring readiness from design through go-live.
● Own project planning and delivery for TechOps across Europe, setting clear milestones, identifying risks, and proactively resolving issues.
● Act as the bridge between stakeholders (TechOps, IT vendors, Real Estate, Operations, Design & Construction, Finance) to ensure alignment and accountability.
● Oversee vendor performance, from procurement and scheduling through installation, quality control, and handover.
● Conduct site visits across Europe to validate IT readiness, supervise installations, and ensure standards are implemented consistently.
● Produce and maintain documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, risk registers, status updates, and lessons learned.
● Facilitate governance by leading regular project meetings, escalating blockers early, and driving accountability across teams.
● Support procurement strategy and budget planning for technology rollouts, identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies and standardisation.
● Champion tech standards and compliance, ensuring consistency across locations and adherence to Industrious’ technology policies.
● Coordinate post-launch support handover, ensuring IT Support has full visibility, documentation, and training to provide a seamless member and staff experience.
Ideal Experience & Skills:
● Prior experience managing or coordinating technical rollouts across multiple sites.
● Strong project coordination and multitasking capabilities under tight timelines.
● Confident communicator with stakeholders and vendors across diverse cultures.
● Familiarity with AV, access control, Network systems, and Coworking Technology.
● Experience working in real estate, hospitality, or fast-growth multi-site businesses preferred.
● Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to travel across the UK and Europe.
● Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Airtable, or equivalent PM too
