Job Summary: 
The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for ensuring the quality of products throughout the development and production process, with a focus on Furniture/Wooden or Ply /Plate/household or similar related industry products. The SQE will implement and maintain quality standards, conduct quality assurance tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. This role requires fluency in English (both written and spoken) and extensive experience in the Furniture/Wooden or Ply /Plate/household or similar related industry. / 供应商质量工程师（SQE）负责在产品开发和生产过程中确保产品质量，重点关注家具/木制或胶合板/家居用品或相关产品。SQE将实施和维护质量标准，进行质量保证测试，并与跨职能团队合作推动持续改进。此职位要求流利的英语（书面和口头）能力，以及在家具/木制或胶合板/家居用品或相关行业的丰富经验。

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implementation of Quality Standards: Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards, regulations, and best practices, particularly in the Furniture/Wooden or Ply /Plate/household or similar related industry sector. / 质量标准的实施：确保遵守公司和行业的质量标准、法规和最佳实践，特别是在家具/木制或胶合板/家居用品或相关产品领域。

• Quality Assurance Testing: Develop and execute test plans to verify product quality and identify potential defects in Furniture/Wooden or Ply /Plate/household or similar related industry products. / 质量保证测试：制定和执行测试计划，以验证产品质量并识别家具/木制或胶合板/家居用品或相关产品中的潜在缺陷。

• Supplier Quality Management: Work closely with the Sourcing team to manage supplier quality performance, conduct audits, and drive corrective actions, ensuring suppliers meet Furniture/Wooden or Ply /Plate/household or similar related industry-specific quality requirements. / 供应商质量管理：与采购团队紧密合作，管理供应商的质量表现，进行审核，并推动纠正措施，确保供应商符合家具/木制或胶合板/家居用品或相关产品特定的质量要求。

• Defect Analysis and Resolution: Utilize tools such as FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and 8D problem-solving methodology to analyze and resolve quality issues in Furniture/Wooden or Ply /Plate/household or similar related industry production. / 缺陷分析与解决：使用如FMEA（失效模式与影响分析）和8D问题解决方法等工具，分析并解决家具/木制或胶合板/家居用品或相关产品生产中的质量问题。

• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with engineering, production, and other departments to identify and implement process improvements that enhance product quality and efficiency in Furniture/Wooden or Ply /Plate/household or similar related industry manufacturing. / 持续改进：与工程、生产和其他部门合作，识别并实施改进流程，以提升家具/木制或胶合板/家居用品或相关产品制造的产品质量和效率。

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality tests, defects, and corrective actions, and prepare reports for management review. / 文档记录与报告：维护质量测试、缺陷和纠正措施的准确记录，并为管理层准备报告。

 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, testing methodologies, and industry standards, with a focus on Furniture/Wooden or Ply /Plate/household or similar related industry products. / 技术专长：在质量保证原则、测试方法和行业标准方面具有深厚的知识，重点在家具/木制或胶合板/家居用品或相关产品。

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to use analytical tools and techniques to diagnose and solve complex quality issues in Furniture/Wooden or Ply /Plate/household or similar related industry manufacturing. / 问题解决能力：能够使用分析工具和技术诊断和解决家具/木制或胶合板/家居用品或相关产品制造中的复杂质量问题。

• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English to effectively convey quality requirements, test results, and improvement recommendations. / 沟通能力：出色的英语口头和书面沟通能力，能够有效传达质量要求、测试结果和改进建议。

• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common quality goals. / 团队合作：能够与跨职能团队协作，达成共同的质量目标。

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in executing quality tests and documenting results. / 细节关注：执行质量测试和记录结果时高度准确和关注细节。

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or engineering roles within the Furniture/Wooden or Ply /Plate/household or similar related  industry. / 行业经验：至少3-5年在家具/木制或胶合板/家居用品或相关产品行业的质量保证或工程角色的工作经验。

• Education:  A bachelor's degree in engineering or certification in quality assurance or related field is desirable /教育背景：工程学士学位或质量保证或相关领域的认证 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with international suppliers and global quality standards. / 有与国际供应商和全球质量标准合作的经验。

• Familiarity with Furniture/Wooden or Ply /Plate/household or similar related  materials, manufacturing processes, and design principles. / 熟悉家具/木制或胶合板/家居用品或相关产品材料、制造工艺和设计原则。

• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001). / 质量管理认证（如六西格玛、ISO 9001）

 

Compensation discloses

The anticipated annual hiring range for this position is CNY 137,433 to CNY 229,456,  The final salary will be based on a candidate’s experience, location, and market practices. Beyond base salary, you will be eligible for an annual incentive program, health and welfare benefits, and comprehensive time off programs, including annual leave, public holiday vacation, sick leave, floating holidays, and other perks. We aim to offer a competitive and attractive compensation package that reflects the local market conditions and ensures our employees feel valued and supported.
