Narrative: 

The Director of Strategic Sourcing, in collaboration with the Chief Technology & Operations Officer (CTOO), will continue to drive the transformation of our existing Sourcing Team, from tactical experts to strategic partners – driving improved business outcomes and supplier/vendor relations. The Director of Strategic Sourcing will be accountable for successfully onboarding suppliers/vendors, ensuring the records for our existing suppliers/vendors are up-to-date and accurate, and effectively maintaining our list of suppliers/vendors going forward. This will include leading the Strategic Sourcing Team in recurring end-to-end reviews of suppliers/vendors to maximize terms, minimize minimum order quantities (MOQs), and reduce product costs in order to improve the cash conversion cycle (CCC). Top Line Deliverables (First 90 days): 

  • Oversee, conduct, and actively manage the end-to-end strategic sourcing process. / 监督、执行并积极管理端到端的战略采购流程。

How You Will Be Measured: 

This position is responsible for and will be measured against its ability to lead a team in the negotiation of improvements to the cash conversion cycle, including payment terms, product costs, MOQs, etc., and on their ability to develop a supplier/vendor scorecard that allows for the routine evaluation and classification of suppliers/vendors based on the cash conversion cycle, on-time delivery, purchase order compliance, quality, and other applicable measures. Essential Position Responsibilities 

  • Lead Infinite Commerce’s Strategic Sourcing Team in the identification, negotiation, measurement, and overall relationship management of new and existing suppliers/vendors. / 领导 Infinite Commerce 公司的战略采购团队,负责新供应商/供应商和现有供应商/供应商的识别、谈判、评估以及整体关系管理。
  •  Coach, mentor, manage, and create accountability for the Strategic Sourcing Team, including both direct and in-direct reports. / 指导、培养、管理并为战略采购团队(包括直接下属和间接下属)设定责任。
  • Design, implement, and lead a recurring process of supplier/vendor evaluation based on objective and quantifiable criteria, including the creation of a supplier/vendor scorecard. / 根据客观且可量化的标准设计、实施并领导供应商/供应商评估的定期流程,包括创建供应商/供应商评分卡。

Skills and Qualifications:  

  • 10+ years of progressive sourcing leadership role in China. / 在中国拥有 10 年以上的逐步晋升的采购领导职位经验。
  • Must have demonstrated experience with household and consumer products (FMCG). Prior senior leadership experience (Director of above) in large international trading company or multinational company is strongly preferred. / 必须具备消费品(快速消费品)方面的相关经验。优先考虑在大型国际贸易公司或跨国公司担任过高级领导职务(如总监级别)的候选人。

Compensation discloses

The anticipated annual hiring range for this position is CNY 466,583.85 to CNY 549,880.45. The final salary will be based on a candidate’s experience, location, and market practices. Beyond base salary, you will be eligible for an annual incentive program, health and welfare benefits, and comprehensive time off programs, including annual leave, public holiday vacation, sick leave, floating holidays, and other perks. We aim to offer a competitive and attractive compensation package that reflects the local market conditions and ensures our employees feel valued and supported.
