Influential is seeking a West Coast Executive Sales Assistant to coordinate premier client accounts and work closely with our West Coast sales team. We are looking for a dynamic people-person who can help us translate client learnings into client materials that closely address their needs.

HYBRID ROLE - MUST BE PHYSICALLY BASED IN LOS ANGELES

In general, on a typical day you will: 

  • Assist with scheduling meetings and conference calls, and stay on top of necessary follow-ups
  • Arrange travel plans, schedule itineraries, trip agendas, and prepare monthly expense reports
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of client requirements, key success factors. And other pertinent parameters essential for crafting a winning proposal, drawing on insights derived from client interactions.
  • Facilitate the scheduling of meetings and coordinate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capture comprehensive notes during client meetings, meticulously documenting the essential details of proposals or campaigns for future reference.
  • Comprehensive expertise in all major social media platforms. 
  • Understand client needs and goals to ensure optimal campaign performance and client satisfaction.
  • Assist on all operational needs, including Salesforce related reporting and client requests.
  • Follow Salesforce best practices and utilize dashboard reporting 
  • Proactively learn agency structure and industry 

Being an Executive Sales Assistant requires: 

  • 1-2 years experience working in social, digital, online or advertising environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with external and internal teams 
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues 
  • Knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Bonus points if: 

  • Have previously worked in a fast paced environment at a talent or media agency 
  • Stay up-to-date on latest trends and innovations in the social realm 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

$66,560
