Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Senior Manager to join our Product Marketing Management (PMM) team. This team plays a pivotal role in shaping go-to-market (GTM) strategies, crafting impactful product narratives, and driving market success across our business portfolio.
As a Senior Manager, you will anchor our product marketing strategy with a deeply customer-centric and product-driven focus. You will serve as the critical bridge between the market, the customer, and the product team, ensuring our products address real customer needs and achieve strong product-market fit.
The ideal candidate will lead with insights, develop sharp positioning, and partner closely with product managers to influence the roadmap. You will also collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams to deliver strategic insights, craft compelling messaging, and drive measurable business outcomes.
What are we looking for?
Experience:
- 8+ years of work experience, with 3-5 years dedicated to product marketing in the AdTech/MarTech industry
- In-depth understanding of digital advertising, with a preference for expertise in search advertising
Strategic Thinking and Execution
- Bring outside-in (customer, market, competition) and inside-in (product, business priorities) insights into product strategy discussions to shape Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that inform Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify product opportunities, market gaps, and evolving customer needs
- Develop sharp, differentiated product positioning, narratives, and value propositions tailored to diverse customer and market segments
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies across the product lifecycle, from launch to growth and maturity
- Define clear product launch goals, success metrics, and cross-functional alignment plans to ensure market readiness and impactful execution
- Partner closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive strong internal alignment and seamless GTM execution
- Equip and enable client-facing teams with the right narratives, tools, and customer-facing assets to effectively position and deliver the product story in the market
Communication and Content Development
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, customer-centric narratives tailored to AdTech personas
- Proven ability to produce high-quality content across diverse formats, including blogs, narrative decks, reports, whitepapers, customer success stories, thought leadership articles, and website or external platform content
- Skilled in designing visually impressive, story-driven presentations for customer, sales, and leadership audiences, ensuring clarity, impact, and strong visual storytelling
- Excellent presentation and delivery skills, with the confidence to engage, influence, and captivate diverse internal and external audiences
Collaboration and Teamwork
- Ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Client-Facing Teams (Sales and Account Management)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
