What will you be doing ?
Marketing Automation & Tech Stack Management
- Own and manage the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and ensure its integration with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Design, build, and optimize end-to-end campaign workflows including email marketing, lead nurturing, and scoring logic.
- Manage integrations with tools like Comvergence, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and others
Performance Measurement & Analytics
- Define and track key marketing KPIs including MQLs, lead velocity rate, funnel conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for campaign performance, attribution models, and pipeline influence metrics.
- Partner with RevOps to ensure marketing data is clean, structured, and mapped to revenue outcomes.
Process & Campaign Operations
- Build scalable marketing processes (lead lifecycle, campaign ops, budget tracking).
- Ensure SLA adherence between marketing and sales teams for lead handoffs and follow-ups.
- Standardize campaign briefs, tagging taxonomy, and UTM governance.
System Governance & Data Hygiene
- Maintain data quality and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) across platforms.
- Conduct regular audits of systems to ensure optimal performance, clean segmentation, and deduplication.
- Own user provisioning, system configurations, and marketing tech stack scalability.
Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with content, growth, and demand gen teams to bring operational excellence to campaign execution.
- Partner with sales and SDR teams to refine lead scoring models and feedback loops.
- Act as the point of contact between marketing, analytics, and RevOps teams for all ops-related needs.
What is expected out of you?
- You have 8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing operations. You have experience with BI, Analytics, marketing technology tools like CRM, strategic planning and forecasting.
- Hands on experience with Hubspot and Salesforce
- You have strong interpersonal skills and project management abilities that help you work effectively across functions and programs
- You have an ability to identify gaps in data, analyze the problem, design data solutions and articulate requirements to the technical and business teams. You possess a good sense of managing “Big” and “Small” data, determining key aspects of the data that is useful to stakeholders.
- You have proven skills in customer insights, analytics, segmentation, modelling/prioritization, funnel optimization, test planning, marketing & campaign analysis
- You have experience in data integration and data quality processes.
- You are conversant with data analysis and the best tools for retrieving, manipulating, and visualizing data including tools like Excel and preferably MySQL, R, and Tableau
- You have an MBA or Bachelors degree in statistics/ science/ engineering or another quantitative field
