About the Role

This role has a three-part focus:

  1. Manage regional DSP and exchange bidder (SSP) relationships, while developing and executing a strategy to grow revenue from global partners with EMEA budgets.
  2. Lead bidder development in EMEA by sourcing and managing new DSP/SSP partnership opportunities. Thoroughly vet net-new DSP integration opportunities and have an informed POV on the expected ROI for InMobi.
  3. Collaborate with InMobi’s Programmatic Trading Desk and Agency Development teams to activate new deals and auction packages for brand direct, agency and DSP buyers in EMEA.

You’ll be responsible for achieving quarterly revenue goals by driving quarter-over-quarter EMEA gross revenue growth and defining the strategy to scale the business. Compensation is based on book-of-business goals and regional gross revenue.

You are a self-starter who can drive revenue-generating workstreams both internally and externally. You are the owner of the InMobi Exchange in region – and will be seen as it both internally and externally. You have deep programmatic expertise and a vast industry network that you will leverage on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow EMEA-based demand partnerships (DSPs and SSP bidders). As the owner of the partnership, you’re responsible for driving all communication, revenue and product strategy.
  • Have a thorough grasp on the partners you manage and can articulate in detail the opportunities and challenges for each of them.
  • Strengthen relationships with London-based DSPs, exchange bidders and regional trading teams of global partners – e.g. TTD, DV360, Magnite.
  • Own bidder development and manage a pipeline to take from prospecting all the way to MSA execution and to SE for integration and go-live.
  • Support the EMEA Agency Dev and Trading Desk team efforts, upselling Auction Packages, Standard Deals, hosting lunch & learns, etc.
  • Surface regional insights and revenue trends on a weekly basis
  • Analyze spend patterns, gaps, and advertiser churn.
  • Run QBRs with in-region partners and own ongoing communication – scheduling regular partner calls, product-to-product syncs, and logging it all in Salesforce.
  • Identify compliance requirements that need to be rolled out across the global DSP and exchange bidder partnerships e.g. GDPR, EMEA consent, and project manage these key initiatives across the wider demand partnerships team.
  • Identify product requirements to unlock spend and prioritize accordingly with the product team, ensuring that specific feature requirements are baked into the product roadmap.
  • Drive adoption of all channels: App, CTV and Web across all identified partnerships – EMEA demand is stronger in those regions.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably in a brand DSP, CTV or mobile app advertising organization.
  • Proven success in managing and scaling strategic partnerships within the ad tech or brand marketing ecosystem.
  • Experience working with agencies and advertisers directly to influence deal-based media activations.
  • Deep understanding of brand advertising KPIs and desired outcomes.
  • Subject matter expert in brand advertising, CTV and mobile app advertising.
  • Analytical and data-driven, comfortable with dashboards, cohort analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment.
