The finance team at InMobi is a tightly knit group working to set up processes, frameworks and systems to help the business ride the next wave of rapid growth. We are focused on ensuring compliances across geographies are taken care, reporting standards are met and are commensurate to GAAP. We are fun group, excited about the next growth phase and helping business teams in all possible ways, but yet keep the company and management abreast and make informed decisions.

Position Overview

We are looking to hire a FP&A Manager who will help in all the management reporting and take the reporting to next level by bringing in required insights into the business, automating the manual process etc. This is a very dynamic role where in lot of liaising would be required with accounting team, business team, Digital Transformation team, BI team, etc. If you're excited to be part of a winning start-up team, make your next career move with us!

Responsibility:

  • Own end-to-end monthly MIS, KPI analysis, management reporting, and ad-hoc analyses, and leadership-ready narratives.
  • Manage the organization-level budgeting and forecasting process, including quarterly outlooks, scenario modeling, consolidation, and management presentations.
  • Maintain strong control over P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasting, including AR/AP analysis, ECL forecasting, EBITDA-to-net profit visibility, and overall financial discipline.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business drivers and operating levers, translating them into robust spreadsheet models and actionable financial insights.
  • Perform deep dives on operational performance, closely tracking business health metrics, risks, and opportunities, and proactively flagging issues to leadership.
  • Drive process improvements and FP&A automation initiatives, including Anaplan implementation, to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead monthly unit-level performance reviews with finance and business stakeholders, ensuring forecast integrity, issue resolution, and alignment to targets.
  • Act as the primary FP&A point of contact for audits and financial reviews, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely responses.

Requirement

  • Qualified CA with 5–7 years of experience in FP&A role.
  • Strong ability to lead discussions, influence outcomes, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent hands-on proficiency in advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint for financial modeling, planning, and executive presentations
  • Highly detail-oriented and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven, ownership-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial data, multiple priorities, and tight timelines with minimal supervision
  • Working knowledge of Excel macros, Power BI & Anaplan is an added advantage
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with senior stakeholder exposure
