Senior Technical Recruiter

Instawork is currently seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to support our rapidly growing Engineering and Product teams across North America. This position will partner with hiring managers to find them top talent for their expanding teams. You will have the opportunity to source the best technical talent, while leaning into hiring for other areas such as finance, business operations, and product operations.

Who You Are:
- 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience with a focus on building engineering and product teams, ideally within high-growth software companies.
- Proven track record in technical recruiting, successfully delivering results for hiring teams across the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in closing mid to senior level candidates and negotiating offers.
- Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers on recruiting decisions.
- AI Acumen: You're not just familiar with AI; you're an enthusiast who actively explores the latest AI technologies and tools, understanding their potential to empower builders and transform user experiences.
- Strategic & Hands-On: You seamlessly shift between high-level strategic thinking and the willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute detailed tasks to achieve ambitious goals.
- Highly proficient in Linkedin Recruiter to build pipeline and outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates.
- Prior experience using an ATS such as Greenhouse or Lever.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers and business partners to understand business objectives, and identify recruiting strategies to address them.
- Own the strategy to recruit all levels of talent across Engineering, Product, Finance, and Business Operations.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
- Source, interview, and evaluate candidates in a timely manner while always providing a positive candidate experience.
- Drive the offer process, including negotiating and closing candidates on offers.
- Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities for active and passive opportunities.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as brand ambassador when representing Instawork.
- Manage jobs in Greenhouse, our ATS, through monitoring and progress reporting.
- Continuously work on ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience.
- Stay up to date on innovative recruiting trends and practices.
- Be a culture catalyst for the organization.
For CA based applicants:
- The base salary for this position is $150,000 - $180,000
- This position is eligible for equity in the form of stock options
