HR Shared Services Intern

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Shared Services Intern to join our team and support ongoing process improvement initiatives and HR project execution. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, project management, and continuous improvement within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist HR Project Managers in planning, tracking, and executing HR Shared Services projects
  • Support process mapping and documentation
  • Schedule project meetings, capturing notes and action items
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Support change management and communication efforts related to HR initiatives
  • Regular and reliable attendance required
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • P.A of 3.0 or higher preferred
  • Strong interest in HR operations, process improvement, and project management
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
