Project Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our HR Shared Services organization. This role is critical in leading global HR initiatives, designing and optimizing process flows, and managing small to mid-sized projects that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience across regions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead and deliver small to mid-sized HR projects across global teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Serve as a trusted partner to internal HR stakeholders, understanding their needs, gathering requirements, and delivering solutions that align with business objectives.
- Analyze, design, and document scalable HR process flows that support a global organization.
- Partner with HR SSC (Shared Services Center, CI (Workday Continuous Improvement), IT (Workday Technical team), and HR partners across multiple agencies to manage expectations and deliver results.
- Work with HR platforms such as Workday and Helix to support process improvements and service delivery enhancements.
- Develop and execute change management strategies including partnering stakeholder from communications, training, and knowledge management.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and report on outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation within HR Shared Services.
- Regular and reliable attendance required
- Ability to work onsite in an office environment with limited remote work alternatives, consistent with applicable law
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably within HR or shared services environments.
- Proven ability to work effectively with internal HR customers and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
- Strong familiarity with Workday and Helix platforms is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SharePoint and T-Hub).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification is a plus.
