Are you ready to make a significant impact in healthcare? As a Director, Clinical Healthcare Operations, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing our clinical operations. You'll oversee the day-to-day activities of a clinical care team, ensuring exceptional patient care through effective management and coordination. Leading a team of dedicated professionals, you'll drive clinical outcomes and quality initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans that align with Interwell Health’s goals and objectives. We're seeking someone with strong performance management and data analytics skills to streamline processes and boost productivity, who is also passionate about transforming healthcare and leading a high-performing team. What You’ll Do: 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve workflow processes, enhance patient satisfaction, and maximize resource utilization.  
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, providing direction, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high performance and employee engagement.  
  • Quality Improvement: Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives, implementing best practices and quality assurance measures to enhance patient care outcomes and satisfaction.  
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization, implementing strategies to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance productivity.  
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including providers, payers, and community partners, to foster positive relationships and achieve shared goals.  
  • Technology Integration - Evaluate, implement, and leverage technology solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.  
  • Risk Management - Identify and mitigate operational risks, developing and implementing strategies to ensure clinical outcomes, business continuity, and operational effectiveness.  
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational performance, regularly monitoring and analyzing data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.    

What You’ll Need: 

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or related field 
  • Proven leadership experience (5+ years) including the coaching and development of employees.   
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of care to patients with CKD and ESKD OR other chronic disease management.   
  • Active clinical licensure (RN/NP/PA/SW/RD/PharmD) preferred    
  • Demonstrated experience operating value-based models of care preferred 
  • Experience in investigative data analysis and performance management (Process and Quality Improvement).  
  • Experience providing care through telehealth or other technology-enabled platforms 
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for internal meetings and payer/provider/partner interactions.
